Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Off-Page SEO Expert to improve our website’s authority, organic search rankings, backlink profile, and online visibility in the B2B market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in link building, digital PR, competitor backlink analysis, outreach campaigns, and authority-building strategies for business-to-business websites.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Link Building: Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks from industry-specific websites.
- Guest Posting: Identify authoritative websites, industry blogs, and relevant publications for guest posting and content collaboration.
- Competitor Backlink Analysis: Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify link-building opportunities using SEO tools.
- Digital PR & Outreach: Build relationships with publishers, industry bloggers, business directories, and relevant website owners.
- Authority Building: Improve domain authority and overall website credibility through ethical, white-hat SEO practices.
- B2B Directory Listings: Identify and manage relevant business directories, industry associations, supplier directories, and niche listings.
- Link Gap Analysis: Find backlink opportunities competitors are leveraging and develop strategies to close the gap.
- Broken Link Building: Identify broken links and relevant resource pages to generate quality backlink opportunities.
- Brand Mentions: Monitor unlinked brand mentions and work to convert them into relevant backlinks.
- Local & Industry Citations: Manage relevant business citations where applicable to the company's target market.
- SEO Reporting: Track referring domains, link quality, anchor text distribution, organic ranking improvements, and referral traffic.




- Collaboration: Work with content, SEO, and digital marketing teams to align link-building campaigns with B2B lead-generation goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in off-page SEO and link building.
- Proven experience working with B2B websites or business-focused industries.
- Strong knowledge of backlink analysis and competitor research.
- Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Google Search Console, or similar SEO tools.
- Excellent email outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of domain relevance, backlink quality, link attributes, anchor text, and topical authority.
- Knowledge of Google's spam policies and ethical link-building practices.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and prepare performance reports.
- Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, manufacturing, wholesale, consulting, or other B2B sectors.
- Knowledge of digital PR and linkable asset promotion.
- Experience earning editorial backlinks from reputable industry publications.
- Understanding of international SEO and multi-market link-building strategies.
