We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Odoo Functional Analyst with at least one year of experience in Odoo functional roles. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of ERP workflows, business process analysis, and Odoo module configuration, with knowledge of Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing operations.

The candidate should possess robust analytical, communication, demonstration, and presentation skills to understand client requirements and deliver effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Work with Odoo Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing modules to support business operations.
- Map existing business workflows and recommend suitable Odoo solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and end-user training sessions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to communicate functional requirements and resolve issues.




- Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth ERP implementation.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Odoo functional roles or ERP implementation.
- Good understanding of Odoo ERP modules and business workflows.
- Knowledge of Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing modules is preferred.
- Good demonstration and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Kochi office.

Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in Malayalam and familiar with the local business environment in Kerala.
