- Evaluating patients' abilities to perform daily activities, including self-care, work, and leisure activitiesDeveloping individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activitiesTeaching patients current techniques and strategies to help them overcome physical, cognitive, or emotional challengesEvaluating and modifying treatment plans as needed based on patients' progressCollaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patientsEducating patients and their families on how to use adaptive equipment, to improve daily function
