Brief Job Responsibilities
- Assist Head P&C; in end-to-end supply management of category materials within parameters of targeted cost, quality and time as per user requirement
- Close interface with departmental heads on a regular basis to ascertain their procurement needs and requirements
- Prepare annual procurement plan & budget for the concerned categories and projects
- Prepare internal cost estimates (ICE) optimizing category-wise spend by volume leverage, reverse auction & VMI etc.
- Prepare contract templates and SLAs and obtain approvals
