As a Nurse/ Nutrition Councilor PRANAA at PHCs, you will play a critical role in facilitating delivering NCD-related healthcare services to communities under PHCs in Raichur District. You will work directly with communities, providing essential medical care in NCD screening camps, health education in camps and awareness sessions. Your compassion, clinical skills, and commitment to community health will contribute to the success of our mission.

Job Profile

- Provide high-quality medical care to patients in accordance with established protocols, guidelines, and best practices.

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluations.

- Provide patients with education on disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.





- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate interventions to stabilize patients.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of patient encounters, diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions. Data entry in system or manual as required.

- Ensure compliance with medical ethics, privacy regulations, and professional standards of practice.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.

- Act as a resource and provide guidance to other healthcare professionals, and allied health personnel.

- Collaborate with local healthcare administrators and participate in healthcare planning, policy development, and quality assurance activities.

- Maintain a qualified and empathetic demeanor while interacting with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

- Adhere to infection control practices and ensure a safe and clean environment for patient care.

- During health emergency response discharge services as per the directives of local health administration.
