Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Any Graduation

Department: New Product Development (NPD)

We are looking for candidates with experience in Current Product Development (NPD), component inspection, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in casting, machining, forging, heat treatment, fasteners, sheet metal fabrication, or engine component development.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, symbols, and special requirements.
- Knowledge of component inspection, measurement instruments, and dimensional verification.
- Experience in first-piece inspection, layout inspection, and preparation of inspection reports.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and quality requirements.
- Knowledge of APQP,



DFM, PPAP, and FMEA activities.
- Experience in supplier coordination and cross-functional team coordination to meet product development timelines.
- Knowledge of welding, painting, CED, and powder coating processes will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data compilation and reporting.
