Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop new products by designing, developing, and testing prototypes using GDB.
- Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) to identify potential failures in product designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during the NPD process.

Job Requirements :

- 6-7 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) engineering.
- Proficiency in GDB software for designing and developing products.
- Robust understanding of FMEA principles for identifying potential failures in product designs.
- Experience with Hose assembly processes for industrial equipment applications.
