Key Responsibilities

Supervises and supports the smooth operation of the Engineering department, ensuring all HVAC and mechanical systems function efficiently and reliably, Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems, Leads and guides a small team of technicians, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard, Monitors system performance and energy efficiency, implementing corrective actions where required,



Coordinates with other departments to respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest concerns, Ensures adherence to safety protocols, statutory compliance, and brand standards, Maintains records, checklists, and documentation for internal and external audits, Supports departmental goals and initiatives, ensuring productivity, cost control, and quality outcomes, Requirements:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Minimum 35 years of experience in HVAC systems within hotels or commercial facilities, Proven technical knowledge of HVAC operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a hands-on approach, Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining attention to detail, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and upholding brand standards, CAREERS
