We are looking for an experienced Nokia RAN Lead Engineer / Nokia RAN Expert Engineer to support Databuild Validation, Scripting, Commissioning, and Integration activities associated with Network Rollout (NRO) of Nokia Radio Products. The role will involve planning, coordinating, and managing Databuild, Commissioning, and Integration services to ensure efficient delivery, high-quality implementation, and timely customer acceptance.

The position will primarily focus on Data Build and SCF Creation activities related to Tx Migration and DICI across Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G SRAN solutions. The scope may also include In-Building Solutions, Infrastructure, and Antenna Line Solutions.

This role is ideally suited to a technically strong professional with extensive experience in Nokia RAN Network Rollout (NRO) projects, particularly within DICI environments, who can take ownership of technical delivery and coordinate effectively with field and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of BAU RAN services supporting the deployment and integration of Nokia Radio equipment.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate Site Databuild services in accordance with project plans, contractual requirements, and customer expectations.
- Lead and support Databuild Validation, SCF Creation, Commissioning, and Integration activities for Nokia RAN solutions.
- Develop and validate configuration data and scripts for Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN/SRAN solutions.
- Support Tx Migration and DICI activities, ensuring configuration accuracy and successful integration.




- Provide remote technical support to Field Engineers during Node Commissioning and Integration.
- Ensure nodes are integrated into customer networks fault-free and meet expected performance/KPI requirements.
- Analyze configuration, integration, and commissioning issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
- Coordinate with Field Engineering, NRO, Customer, Operations, and other technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Establish and monitor delivery-critical metrics/KPIs and ensure regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Investigate deviations in delivery metrics and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform quality checks and validation of databuild, scripts, SCFs, and configuration files before deployment.
- Ensure project information, site status, technical records, and delivery documentation are maintained accurately in project tools.
- Ensure all required documentation is handled in a structured manner and uploaded to designated repositories.
- Identify potential delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation actions.
- Support continuous improvement of databuild, scripting, commissioning, and integration processes.
- Act as a technical point of contact for complex RAN rollout and integration issues.
- Ensure delivery activities comply with defined processes, quality standards, contractual obligations, and customer requirements.

Key Proficiencies & Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in RAN Network Services,



preferably within a DICI / NRO project environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Nokia RAN products and technologies.
- Proven experience in Nokia RAN Databuild, Configuration, SCF Creation, Commissioning, and Integration.
- Strong technical knowledge of provisioning cell configuration data.
- Experience in creating, validating, and executing scripts for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN solutions.
- Good understanding of Nokia SRAN architecture and deployment processes.
- Experience supporting Tx Migration and DICI activities.
- Ability to remotely guide and support Field Engineers during commissioning and integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience managing delivery metrics, quality checks, and customer acceptance requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong ownership and perseverance when dealing with complex technical and delivery challenges.
