Job Title: Non Voice Locum Researcher

Key Responsibilities

- Verify candidate information in the client’s ATS.
- Conduct email and phone number verification.
- Research and validate NPI numbers for healthcare professionals.
- Cross-check and update candidate profiles for accuracy.
- Identify and correct missing or incorrect information.
- Follow predefined email templates and client processes.
- Maintain accurate records and meet quality/TAT requirements.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Locum Sourcing
- Experience with ATS/recruitment databases.
- Strong online research and data-verification skills.
- Knowledge of NPI numbers and healthcare professionals is preferred.
- Good written English and solid attention to detail.
- Ability to follow processes, templates, and quality standards.
