Key Responsibilities:

- Senior Systems & Operations Engineer responsible for advanced troubleshooting, cross-stack incident resolution, deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), custom correlation/policy configuration, and vendor escalation management across both OSS (HPE Stack) and Enterprise ITOM/APM (OpenText Stack), including Third-Party performance applications.
- 4-6years experience in OSS/Network Management with hands-on knowledge and valuable understanding of Fault Management, Event Correlation, Alarm Management, Network Inventory and Service Provisioning.
- Leading P1/P2 major incident bridges, delivering formal RCA reports,



authoring SOPs/MOPs for L1 execution, OEM vendor ticket tracking, and testing vendor patches/hotfixes.
- Proficiency in RHEL/Linux, SNMP, Syslog, TCP/IP, DNS, Oracle/SQL basics, REST/API, application monitoring and log analysis.
- Experience in 24×7 application health monitoring, incident handling, SOP/MOP execution and escalation management.

Skills Required:

- Preferred but not mandatory -
- HPE Stack: vTeMIP FAS UCA UOC ESP TrueView UTM.
- OT Stack: SMAX OBM ODL NNMi NA OO APM RUM BPM UD CMDB.

- High-level platform awareness across IBM Tivoli/Netcool, Netcracker, Nokia FlowOne, Oracle COSM/UIM/Field Service, Amdocs, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, BMC Helix, Splunk, ServiceNow (ITSM/CMDB/Discovery), ManageEngine.
