New Product Development Engineer

Industry: Rubber Industry

Salary: ₹40,000/month

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, Rubber Technology, or a related engineering field

Location: S ector 80, N oida

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new rubber products as per customer requirements and industry standards.
- Work on rubber compounds, raw materials, formulations, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams.
- Conduct product trials, testing, and sample development.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to rubber products and manufacturing processes.
- Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and development reports.




- Support cost optimization, process improvement, and quality enhancement.
- Coordinate with customers on samples, feedback, and product modifications.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4 years of NPD experience in the rubber industry.
- Knowledge of rubber compounds, materials, moulding processes, and product testing.
- Experience in product trials, troubleshooting, and quality improvement.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
