Position: Car Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Attend customers visiting the car showroom and understand their requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
- Arrange test drives and provide vehicle demonstrations.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, cold calling, references, and follow-ups.
- Convert prospective customers into vehicle sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explain car loan, insurance, accessories, and RTO registration processes.
- Maintain customer records and update sales leads in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, accessories, and delivery teams.
- Follow up with customers until vehicle booking, invoicing, and delivery.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: 0–3 years in automobile sales; freshers may apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of car models and automobile sales is an advantage.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
