The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, managing operating systems, ensuring reliable network connectivity, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- nstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office computer systems, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.

- Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.

- Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, internet connectivity, and network performance issues.

- Install and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems, drivers, applications, and system updates.

- Manage user accounts, system permissions, access controls, and security configurations.

- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, backups, and preventive checks.

- Use programming and scripting to automate repetitive tasks and improve IT operations.

- Develop scripts or utilities for system monitoring, reporting, and IT asset tracking.

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.

- Maintain IT asset inventory, system allocation records, and technical documentation.

- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance and technical support.





- Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Skills

- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

- Knowledge of Linux server administration and virtualization.

- Familiarity with databases, APIs, Git, and automation tools.

- Understanding of cybersecurity, endpoint protection, and data backup procedures.

- Experience with IT asset management and system monitoring tools.

- Good understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.

- Knowledge of Windows OS and familiarity with Linux.

- Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.

- Programming or scripting knowledge in at least one language, such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Knowledge of software installation, system configuration, troubleshooting, and IT maintenance.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
