- Excellent Communication Skills . Must be able to face customer directly to explain the problem .

- Must know when to engage engineering and when not to by assessing the situation and impact
- Must be able to file defects on products when a problem has been identified

- Valuable hands on experience in Network Virtualization
- can be Citrix / VMware or other hypervisor platforms
- Any experience in debugging and troubleshooting NSX
- V | NSX-T and VMware ESX is an added bonus
