Job Title: Load Balancer Engineer L1.5

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Bangalore / Bengaluru

Notice Period: Immediate / Serving Notice Period/30 Days

Work Mode: Work from Office 5 Days

Shift: Rotational Shifts

: We are looking for an L1.5 Load Balancer Engineer with hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting and basic administration of load-balancing environments.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Monitor and troubleshoot Load Balancers – F5 / Citrix ADC / A10.
- Positive understanding of VIPs, Pools, Pool Members, Virtual Servers and Health Monitors.
- Basic knowledge of F5 LTM and traffic management concepts.
- Troubleshoot HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP and DNS connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of SNAT, NAT and SSL Offloading.
- Perform basic configuration changes as per approved change requests.
- Troubleshoot server pool/member issues and perform enable/disable operations.
- Analyze alerts, logs and monitoring events and take appropriate action.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of VIP availability and application connectivity.
- Good understanding of Networking – Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, DNS and VLANs.
- Knowledge of HA / Active-Standby concepts in load balancers.
- Handle incidents, service requests and change tickets within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with L2/L3, Network,



Server and Application teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare incident updates and maintain proper ticket documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures and escalation processes.

Preferred Certifications: F5 / Citrix ADC / Networking certifications will be an added advantage.

Education:

B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA/MCA in a relevant technical discipline preferred.
