We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in network administration and support. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities, good communication skills, and experience managing enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VLAN, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, and VLAN environments.
- Configure and support firewalls, VPN (Site-to-Site and Remote Access) connections.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network switches and wireless access points.
- Perform regular network monitoring and ensure high availability and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
- Implement network security policies and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain network documentation and configurations.
- Support network upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Wireless Access Points
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of network security concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CCNA / CCNP / Network+ (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience with network monitoring tools.
