- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Equipment Finance program, aligned with company goals and objectives

- Lead business development efforts to grow the program's market presence and increase revenue generation

- Establish and maintain relationships with equipment manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and end-users

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, credit analysts, and operations staff, to ensure seamless program execution

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions





- Oversee the underwriting process for equipment financing transactions, ensuring adherence to risk policies and procedures

- Monitor program performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets
