Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced National Head Distribution Sales to lead PAN-India sales operations, expand distribution networks, and drive revenue growth across apparel and fashion categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute national distribution sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Drive primary and secondary sales across regions, zones, and territories.

- Expand distributor, dealer, wholesaler, and general trade networks across India.

- Identify current markets and appoint channel partners to improve market penetration.

- Lead and mentor zonal, regional, and area sales teams.

- Manage distributor productivity, trade margins, sales forecasting, inventory, and collections.

- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

- 12 18 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a senior leadership role.

- Strong experience in apparel distribution and general trade.

- Industry preference: Apparel, Kidswear, Infantwear, Casualwear, Hosiery, Innerwear, and Fashion Retail.

- Proven expertise in primary and secondary sales management.

- Strong distributor network development and channel partner management experience.

- Experience leading large sales teams across multiple states.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, business development, and strategic planning skills.
