We are looking for a highly experienced MuleSoft Lead Developer / Integration Architect with strong IBM App Connect experience to lead enterprise integration initiatives, drive technical architecture, and deliver robust, scalable integration solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can architect solutions, lead development teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and actively contribute to coding and implementation. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, architectural capabilities, and delivery leadership.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft and IBM App Connect.
- Drive hands-on development, including API development, integration flows, coding, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration architectures aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Design and implement APIs using RAML and OpenAPI Specification (OAS).
- Develop and optimize DataWeave transformations, error-handling strategies, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Design, configure, and manage MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0 deployments, including private spaces, ingress, internal endpoints, replicas, and clustering-related architecture.
- Support migration initiatives from CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution in challenging client environments.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Oversee integration testing,



deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.

? Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API development, integration development, and deployment.
- Strong practical experience with IBM App Connect is essential. Candidates must be capable of designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations using the relevant App Connect platform.
- In-depth experience with MuleSoft CloudHub 2.0, including private spaces, ingress, internal endpoints, replicas, and clustering-related concepts.
- Solid proficiency in DataWeave 2.0, including complex data transformations.
- Hands-on experience with RAML and OpenAPI Specification (OAS) for API design and development.
- Strong understanding of error handling, exception management, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience leading technical teams while remaining actively involved in coding, code reviews, debugging, and solution delivery.
- Proven ability to design integration architectures and take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery.
- Experience with CloudHub 1.0 to CloudHub 2.0 migration is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise integrations in demanding client environments.
- Ability to balance architectural decision-making, hands-on development, and technical team leadership.
