We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. In this program, youll gain a comprehensive understanding of the jewellery industry while developing the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a store management role.

Responsibilities:

- Assist senior sales staff with customer interaction, product presentations and closing sales.

- Learn the intricacies of our jewellery collections, including materials, design elements and pricing.

- Develop robust relationships with new and existing clientele,



understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.

- Stay informed about current jewellery trends, competitor activity and market demands.

- Participate in sales meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to sales strategies.

- Assist with sales reports and data analysis.

- Monitoring & streamlining store operations.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing
