Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Magnetic Particle Testing (MT/MPI) on steel and alloy rolled bars, including round bars, square bars, and flats.

- Detect, interpret, and evaluate surface and near-surface defects such as cracks, seams, laps, and cooling cracks.

- Ensure product quality in accordance with applicable standards, customer specifications, and internal quality procedures.

- Maintain inspection records and report findings accurately.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering, B.Sc. (Non-Medical), or ITI.

- Valid NDT Level II certification in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT/MPI), in accordance with the applicable ASNT SNT-TC-1A employer written practice or ISO 9712 requirements.

- Experience in steel rolling mills or inspection of rolled steel products will be an advantage.

Location:

Faridabad, Haryana

Salary:

As per experience and qualifications (indicative range: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month).
