: Mould Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of moulds.
- Inspect, clean, repair, and assemble moulds.
- Identify and troubleshoot mould-related problems.
- Ensure proper functioning of moulds for smooth production.
- Carry out mould dismantling, fitting, and polishing activities.
- Coordinate with the production team to resolve mould-related issues.
- Maintain mould maintenance records and history.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and upkeep of moulds.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in mould maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of mould components and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Experience in plastic injection moulding will be preferred.
