Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Mother Teacher for Classes I–II who can create a positive and engaging learning environment, support the academic and emotional development of young learners, and build a strong foundation in essential subjects and life skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach foundational subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies to students of Classes I–II.
- Plan and deliver interactive, child-centric lessons using activity-based teaching methods.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, numeracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor students’ academic progress, behaviour, and overall development.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Maintain students’ attendance, academic records, and progress reports.




- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and areas for improvement.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, good manners, and positive social behaviour among students.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and the academic coordinator to achieve learning objectives.

Educational Qualifications
- Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. preferred; relevant teacher training as per applicable school norms.
- CTET/UPTET qualification preferred, wherever applicable.

Experience
- Prior teaching experience in primary classes will be preferred.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching young children may also apply.

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach.
- Strong subject knowledge in primary-level subjects.
- Creativity in lesson planning and activity-based learning.
- Good interpersonal and parent-handling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for academic documentation and preparation of teaching materials.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
