Role -2 -Monitoring & Observability Expert

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement observability strategies across infrastructure and applications.
- Proactively identify performance issues and remediate them (not just alerting).
- Optimize dashboards, alerts, and root cause analysis workflows.

Required Skills:

- Deep understanding of monitoring and observability concepts.
- Expertise in tools like Recent Relic, SolarWinds, Dynatrace.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
- Familiarity with incident management and performance tuning.

Expected Demonstration in Interview:

- Explain how to diagnose and resolve a real-world performance issue.
- Show ability to configure dashboards and alerts for proactive monitoring.
