- Documentation of the project,writing donor reports,case studies,process documentation,and documenting good practices from the field .
- Develop and implement comprehensive, feasible M&E; frameworks that will generate credible, actionable, and timely information. That should be indicator-wise outcome-oriented.
- Prepare and manage detailed work plans for M&E; and surveillance activities and develop databases and dashboards.
- Support the program team in ensuring that the M&E; and surveillance activities are aligned with programmatic work plans.
- Collection and analysis of monthly data from field staff and ensure the quality and authenticity of the data.
- Documentation of the project, writing donor reports, case studies, process documentation, and documenting valuable practices from the field
- Writing annual reports and annual position papers along with all supporting evidence.
- Maintain up-to-date accurate records on MIS data and program indicators at all levels.
- To ensure timely submission of project reports




- Developing project monitoring and reporting tools at different levels to measure project progress.
- Monitoring the core and performance indicators of the project on a regular basis
- Develop quantitative and qualitative reports by analyzing data using different statistical methods.
- Frame research designs, draw sampling methodologies, data collection and analysis process for conducting baseline, end line, or midterm reviews.
- Support organization s projects M&E; framing as required for other projects.
- Coordinate with Project staff for ensuring appropriate and effective MIS data flow.
- Undertake regular field visits to assess the systems and verify data as well as support field staff in project implementation.
- Willingness to work across projects.
- Any other need-based work as specified by the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Post Graduation in Statistics/ Economics/ Social Science/ Public health/ Demography / Population Sciences
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English, Bengali and Hindi
- High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working on statistical software such as STATA, R, SPSS, or SAS
- At least 5 years of experience in working on data management, monitoring & evaluation, research and documentation.
