Modular Factory Operations Executive | 1–2 Years of Experience(Gurugram/Manesar)

1. Daily Production Planning & Factory Coordination

- Plan and coordinate daily factory operations according to project requirements and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production progress, prioritize jobs, and coordinate with the factory team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.

2. Material Planning & Management

- Plan daily material requirements based on approved drawings, cut lists, and production schedules.
- Check material availability, identify shortages, and coordinate with purchase and warehouse teams.
- Monitor material consumption and ensure optimum utilization with minimum wastage.

3. Technical Drawings & Cut List Coordination

- Read and understand technical drawings and modular furniture manufacturing specifications.
- Review cut lists for panel dimensions, quantities, thicknesses, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and cutting-related issues.
- Ensure production follows approved drawings and specifications.

4. Daily Production Updates & Reporting

- Maintain daily updated production reports covering completed jobs, work in progress, and pending activities.
- Track production status, material requirements,



and order completion timelines.
- Share daily updates with the concerned teams to ensure proper coordination and timely decision-making.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

- Monitor the availability of boards, hardware, accessories, and other production materials.
- Track stock levels, material consumption, and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate material movement between the warehouse and production floor.

6. Manufacturing & Quality Control

- Coordinate cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembly, and finishing operations.
- Ensure accurate measurements, proper material usage, and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions to minimize delays and rework.

7. Interdepartmental Coordination

- Coordinate with design, procurement, warehouse, production, and installation teams.
- Communicate production priorities, material availability, and project requirements.
- Ensure smooth execution of orders from drawing approval through manufacturing and dispatch.
