About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance Android and iOS applications that support critical business and citizen-facing services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mobile application development, API integration, user interface design, and application performance optimization.

The role involves upgrading existing applications to support the latest platform versions, developing new features, ensuring application reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Upgrade and enhance existing mobile applications to ensure compatibility with the latest Android and iOS operating systems.
- Develop new application features based on business and departmental requirements.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services using RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and deploy new functionalities.
- Create responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces following contemporary UI/UX principles.
- Implement secure data storage solutions and offline synchronization mechanisms using SQLite or similar technologies.




- Perform unit testing and application validation to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, bugs, and performance issues.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, battery efficiency, and overall user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and deployment activities.
- Support application maintenance, upgrades, and post-release monitoring.

Required Technical Skills Candidates should have hands-on experience in:

- Java and/or Kotlin for Android application development
- Android SDK and mobile application lifecycle management
- iOS application development concepts
- RESTful API Integration
- SOAP API Integration
- JSON Parsing
- UI/UX Design Principles
- SQLite and Offline Data Management
- Mobile Application Testing and Debugging
- Version Control Systems (Git preferred)
