Role Description The Mixologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore. This role is responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages, including speciality drinks that complement the bakery and ice cream menu, while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, crafting beverages to recipe or guest preference, and explaining menu items clearly.

The Mixologist will manage bar and service counters, restock ingredients, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and handle basic cash or POS transactions as needed.



The role also involves collaborating with the culinary and service teams, assisting in training new team members on beverage preparation, and supporting customer service during peak hours.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including basic bar setup, drink preparation, and hygiene standards.
- Culinary Skills related to mixing beverages, pairing drinks with desserts, and understanding flavor profiles.
- Experience in Training team members or willingness to learn and share best practices in beverage service.
- Ability to work in office in Mysore, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in cafes, restaurants, bars, or dessert shops is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling is beneficial.
