Key Responsibilities

Middleware Administration & Operations

- Administer, configure, and maintain middleware platforms such as:
- WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss/WildFly, Tomcat
- Messaging systems (IBM MQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)
- API gateways and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Apache Camel, etc.)

- Manage middleware environments across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD
- Perform installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations
- Act as Level 3 escalation for critical production issues
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes
- Work with application, database, OS, network, and security teams to resolve complex issues
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents
- L3 Support & Incident Management
