Microsoft Purview DLP
We are looking for a senior Business Analyst (L4) with data security expertise to support the implementation of Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention for a UK energy sector client moving to an independent Microsoft 365 environment. The resource will engage business stakeholders to understand data handling requirements, map them to standard predefined Purview DLP capabilities, and support configuration and enablement of DLP policies across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. The role includes documenting requirements and policy decisions, supporting policy testing in audit/simulation mode, analysing alerts and false positives, and preparing user guidance and operational documentation for cutover and hypercare.
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Purview DLP and Microsoft 365 compliance, combined with solid business analysis and stakeholder communication skills, is required.
