Sarvatva is a multidisciplinary architecture, interiors, and engineering consultancy working across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Our work covers the complete process from concept design and 3D visualization to technical documentation and site execution.

We are looking for a Mid-Level Architect with strong experience in residential projects, redevelopment, interiors, design development and technical documentation. The candidate should be capable of independently handling assigned tasks and coordinating effectively with the senior team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling residential and redevelopment projects from design development to execution.
- Prepare SD packages, working drawings, detailed drawings and GFC/execution drawings.
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
- Prepare 3D views, interior visualizations, renderings and presentations.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
- Attend site visits and assist in resolving design and execution-related issues.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, coordination and adherence to design intent.
- Assist in client presentations and design discussions.




- Coordinate and manage assigned project deliverables within timelines.
- Support and guide junior architects/designers wherever required.

- AutoCAD – Strong working knowledge
- Photoshop – Presentations & post-production
- Lumion – 3D visualization & rendering
- Revit Architecture & BIM – Working knowledge
- PowerPoint – Professional presentations

We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience
- Experience in residential and redevelopment projects
- Good knowledge of interior design, 3D modelling and visualization
- Solid plan reading, detailing and working/GFC drawing skills
- Understanding of construction detailing and site execution
- Good coordination skills with clients, consultants and contractors
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to undertake site visits
- Strong attention to detail and design sensibility

Role Expectations The Mid-Level Architect will be responsible for independently handling assigned project components, preparing accurate design and execution documentation, coordinating with the project team, and supporting the Senior Architect in taking projects from design development through execution. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
