Work Location: In Person- Belapur, Navi Mumbai

## Key Responsibilities

1. Develop architectural designs, space planning, and detailing for residential and redevelopment projects.
2. Prepare SD packages, working drawings, detailed drawings, and GFC/execution drawings.
3. Coordinate with clients, structural/MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
4. Conduct site visits to monitor execution, workmanship, and adherence to approved drawings.
5. Identify and resolve design, technical, and site-related issues in coordination with the team.
6. Prepare 3D views, renderings, design proposals, and skilled client presentations.
7. Support Senior Architects in project coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
8. Coordinate with junior architects and designers to ensure drawing quality and timely completion.
9. Ensure smooth project progress from concept design to documentation and execution.

## Mandatory Skills

- AutoCAD:** Architectural drawings and detailing
- Photoshop:** Presentations and post-production
- Lumion:** 3D visualization and rendering
- Revit Architecture & BIM:** Working knowledge




- PowerPoint:** Professional presentations
- Candidate should have the knowledge of UDCPR & REDEVELOPMENT NORMS.

## We’re Looking For

1. 3–5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in residential and redevelopment projects.
2. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, working drawings, and GFC drawings.
3. Good understanding of interior design, 3D modelling, and visualization.
4. Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
5. Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
6. Understanding of site execution and construction processes, with willingness to undertake regular site visits.

## Role Expectations

- The Mid-Level Architect will be responsible for assigned project deliverables, design development, technical documentation, and site coordination while working closely with Senior Architects to ensure quality, timely delivery, and smooth project execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
