Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Microsoft Entra IGA / Identity Lifecycle Management specialist. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing identity lifecycle processes within Microsoft Entra ID, including provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based access control, and compliance-driven access reviews.

Responsibilities include collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to analyze identity-related business processes, define requirements, and configure IGA solutions that align with security and governance standards. The specialist will develop solution architectures for identity and access management, integrate cloud and on-premises systems, and support troubleshooting,



optimization, and documentation of IGA workflows. Day-to-day activities also include consulting on best practices, supporting ongoing operations, and providing knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding and experience in mapping identity lifecycle workflows to organizational policies and controls.
- Candidates should possess Solution Architecture skills for designing secure, scalable Microsoft Entra IGA and Identity Lifecycle Management solutions.
- Candidates should possess Cloud Computing knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and related security and governance services.
- Hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity Lifecycle Management, role-based access control, and access certification processes.
- Practical experience with integrating identity solutions across hybrid environments and enterprise applications (such as HR systems, ERP, CRM, and line-of-business apps).
- Solid understanding of information security principles, compliance requirements, and standards relevant to identity and access management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Azure Security Engineer, Identity and Access Administrator) are an advantage.
