Responsibilities

- Workflow Automation Design:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process automation requirements

- Design efficient and scalable workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate

- Power Automate Development:Develop and implement Power Automate flows, connectors, and custom actions

- Utilize Power Automate templates and create custom solutions to address specific business needs

- Integration with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365:Integrate Power Automate workflows seamlessly with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams

- Leverage Power Automate for integration with Dynamics 365 CRM and other Microsoft platforms





- Data Transformation and Manipulation:Design data transformations and manipulations within Power Automate flows

- Implement data validation and error-handling mechanisms

- Testing and Debugging:Conduct thorough testing of Power Automate flows to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance

- Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing flows and implement improvements

- Security and Compliance:Implement security measures and adhere to compliance standards when designing and developing Power Automate solutions

- Ensure data privacy and protection in automated workflows

- Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Power Automate workflows, including specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting guides

- Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable by relevant stakeholders

- Training and Support:Provide training to end-users on utilizing Power Automate solutions

- Offer support and troubleshooting assistance for users encountering issues with automated workflows
