Solution Architect — Microsoft ERP (D365 F&O; / Business Central) Integrations & E-Invoicing Compliance | Senior / Lead Location Experience Function Bengaluru, India 8–12 years, with 4+ years in a solution architect or lead integration role Solution Architecture About the Role We are looking for a Microsoft ERP Solution Architect to own the end-to-end design of integrations between customer ERP landscapes and our e-invoicing and tax compliance platform. You will sit at the intersection of ERP, middleware and statutory compliance — translating a country's mandate into a working, auditable data flow inside a customer's Dynamics 365 environment. This is a customer-facing architecture role. You will lead discovery workshops, defend design decisions with enterprise IT and tax teams, and stay accountable for the solution through to production go-live and hypercare.

What You Will Do • Own the integration architecture for global enterprise customers on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Lead technical discovery and solution design — mapping ERP data models (AR/AP invoices, tax determination, vendor and customer master, GL) to statutory e-invoice schemas.

• Design and review integration patterns across ERP-native and middleware layers — Data Management Framework (DMF), OData and custom service endpoints, Electronic Reporting (ER) / GER configurations, AL extensions and BC APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Power Automate,



MuleSoft, Dell Boomi or equivalent iPaaS.

• Define non-functional design covering error handling, retries, idempotency, reconciliation, volume and peak-load behaviour, and audit traceability.

• Interpret country e-invoicing and tax regulations for each in-scope jurisdiction, and translate mandate changes into concrete design impact.

• Guide delivery and engineering teams through build, UAT, cutover and hypercare; unblock issues and act as the final technical escalation point.

• Build repeatable assets — reusable integration accelerators, reference architectures, design templates and internal enablement.

What We Are Looking For Must have:

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Business Central — data model, tax engine, financials modules, extensibility and integration frameworks.

• Proven track record designing and delivering ERP integrations at both the ERP layer and the middleware/iPaaS layer, in production, at enterprise scale.

• Strong command of integration technologies: REST/OData, DMF and recurring data jobs, X++ and AL extension development, Electronic Reporting configurations, Azure integration services, message queues, authentication (OAuth 2.0 / Entra ID, mTLS, SAML) and API security.

• Working knowledge of indirect tax — VAT/GST determination, tax codes and jurisdictions, reverse charge, credit notes, self-billing, and how these surface in Dynamics tax configuration and localisations.





• Experience delivering for global customers across multiple regions and legal entities, working with distributed IT, tax and business teams.

• Excellent written and spoken communication — able to write a design document and defend it in front of an enterprise architecture board.

Strongly preferred

• Designed and delivered multiple e-invoicing / e-reporting / continuous transaction control (CTC) projects.

• Exposure to live mandates such as India GST e-invoicing, KSA ZATCA, UAE, Peppol-based regimes (Belgium, Germany, France, Poland), Malaysia MyInvois.

• Familiarity with Peppol, UBL 2.1, PINT, CII, XML/JSON schema design.

• Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics NAV (Navision), including upgrade and coexistence scenarios.

• Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform and Azure DevOps-based ALM for Dynamics.

• Prior experience in a SaaS product or consulting environment serving multinational customers.

• Microsoft certifications (MB-500, MB-310, MB-330, MB-820 or Solution Architect Expert track).
