Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation, modernization, and enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex ERP programs across platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;), Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar enterprise systems.

The candidate will be responsible for project planning, governance, budget management, resource forecasting, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and overall delivery execution. This role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage geographically distributed, cross-functional teams while ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and transformation programs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Establish project governance frameworks, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Manage cross-functional teams across functional consulting, technical development, integrations, testing, and business operations.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee solution validation, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation hypercare.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, resource utilization,



and commercial governance.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and delivery bottlenecks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with business leaders, vendors, implementation partners, and technical teams to maintain alignment on project objectives.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and organizational governance policies.
- Drive change management, business readiness, and smooth transition to operational support.
- Ensure successful project delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated experience in ERP implementation or transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing ERP implementations across one or more platforms:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- SAP
- Oracle ERP
- Other comparable enterprise ERP platforms
- Strong expertise in project planning, delivery management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Hands-on experience with project governance, RAID management, risk assessment, and executive reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.




- Experience managing global or geographically distributed cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with business domains such as manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, or operations.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing project dependencies, change requests, implementation partners, and delivery commitments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive projects to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading multiple ERP implementation or transformation programs.
- Prior experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; or Business Central projects is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycles, integration architecture, data migration, testing strategies, cutover execution, and hypercare.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are an advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a delivery-focused ERP Project Manager who can independently lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives, manage project finances and resource forecasts, proactively mitigate risks, and drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders.

Candidates with robust experience in ERP implementation and transformation are preferred. This position is focused on enterprise ERP platforms and is not intended for candidates whose primary experience is limited to CRM implementations.
