Role Title: D365 F&O; Technical Consultant / Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Design, customise, develop, and deliver Dynamics 365 F&O; technical solutions for enterprise clients.
- Support application management, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and create high-quality technical design documentation.
- Lead technical delivery, mentor junior developers, participate in client workshops, and support system upgrades, deployments, and optimisation initiatives.

Core Requirements




- 6+ years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain, with solid expertise in D365 Finance & Operations.
- Hands-on experience with X++, C#, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, CI/CD practices, GitHub, extensions, COC, OData integrations, and Logic Apps.
- Knowledge of Azure services, Power Platform, Dataverse, AI-enabled tools, and enterprise software engineering practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and technical leadership skills. Microsoft certifications such as MB-200, MB-300, and MB-500 are highly desirable.
