- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Microsoft CRM - Functional Consultant to join our team
- The Functional Consultant will play a critical role in understanding business requirements, configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, and ensuring successful implementation

Responsibilities

- Requirements Gathering:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand CRM requirements

- Conduct workshops and interviews to identify business processes and user needs

- Solution Design:Design and document Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business requirements

- Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams

- Configuration and Customization:Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet specific business needs





- Customize entities, fields, workflows, and business rules to align with organizational processes

- Data Migration:Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data into CRM systems

- Validate and clean data to maintain data integrity

- Training and Adoption:Develop and deliver user training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption of CRM solutions

- Integration:Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications

- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between CRM and integrated platforms

- Quality Assurance:Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality and performance of CRM solutions

- Address and resolve issues identified during testing
