Microbiologist – Food Manufacturing Industry

About The Role:

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Microbiologist for a reputed food manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for microbiological testing, laboratory analysis, plant hygiene monitoring, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Microbiological testing of raw materials, water, and finished products.

- Laboratory analysis and report preparation.

- Monitoring plant hygiene and sanitation standards.

- Ensuring compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, and HACCP requirements.

- Maintaining laboratory equipment and records.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of microbiological testing techniques.

- Valuable analytical and documentation skills.

- Attention to detail and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
