Qualifications

- Experience in performance analysis, including reading dashboards, interpreting KPIs, and generating clear, actionable reports.
- Ability to collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
- Familiarity with broader digital marketing concepts, such as funnels, remarketing, and basic SEO/SEM principles.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in paid social advertising or agency work is an advantage, especially in design-led environments.
