Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Gurugram. The Merchandiser will plan and manage product assortments, monitor sales performance, and coordinate with design and production teams to ensure the right mix of styles, sizes, and fits is available.

Responsibilities include tracking inventory levels, analyzing customer preferences and sales data, and recommending reorders, markdowns, and new product introductions. The role involves collaborating with retail and marketing teams to support visual merchandising, seasonal collections,



and promotions that align with brand positioning. The Merchandiser will also liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain product quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and shoppers, and to understand customer fit and style preferences.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Retail skills to interpret store performance, support merchandising decisions, and enhance in-store product presentation.
- Candidates should possess foundational Marketing skills to collaborate on promotions, product launches, and brand storytelling aligned with Powersutra’s workwear focus.
- Relevant experience in fashion merchandising, apparel retail, or garment production planning is preferred.
- Robust analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic spreadsheets or inventory management tools are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced, growing brand environment.
- A diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
