Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor with robust technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial projects, site supervision, manpower management, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. HVAC Systems

- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and ductwork.
- Monitor HVAC installation as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure proper installation of equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and ventilation systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and technicians to resolve site-related technical issues.

2. Electrical Systems

- Supervise electrical installation, including cable trays, cable laying, conduit work, lighting, power distribution, and earthing.
- Monitor installation of distribution panels, DBs, MCCs, and other electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and approved drawings.
- Coordinate electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning activities with authorized personnel.

3. Plumbing Systems

- Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, and plumbing piping systems.
- Ensure proper installation of pumps, valves, water tanks, and related plumbing equipment.
- Monitor pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing, and system commissioning.
- Verify pipe routing, slopes, supports, and connections as per approved drawings.

4. Industrial Project Supervision

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules.
- Read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, schematics,



and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other project teams.
- Monitor material availability, equipment usage, and installation quality.
- Prepare daily progress reports and report site issues to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

5. Manpower and Contractor Management

- Allocate daily tasks to technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, and work quality.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project management teams.

6. Quality, Safety and Compliance

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work systems.
- Conduct routine site inspections and identify unsafe practices or installation defects.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, method statements, applicable codes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in MEP supervision, preferably in industrial projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience in reading MEP drawings and supervising site installation.
- Knowledge of testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication, coordination, and manpower management skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in factories, manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, or large-scale construction projects.
- Ability to manage multiple MEP activities simultaneously.
- Capable of coordinating with engineers, contractors, vendors, and site management teams.
- Willingness to work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
