Key Responsibilities

1. MEP Planning & Design Coordination

- Assist in reviewing and finalizing MEP/HVAC/Electrical layouts in coordination with architects, MEP consultants, and hospital user/clinical teams.
- Support BIM (Building Information Modeling) and clash-resolution studies between MEP services, structural framing, and architectural elements.
- Coordinate integration requirements with specialized hospital departments, including Biomedical Engineering, IT, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.
- Track and review Requests for Information (RFIs), shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).

2. Critical Care & HVAC Systems

- Oversee the installation of Operation Theater (OT) compliant HVAC systems (laminar airflow, HEPA filtration, and strict room pressure gradients).
- Monitor ICU ventilation, negative/positive pressure isolation rooms, and cleanroom air change rates.
- Ensure strict temperature, humidity, and air-purity compliance as per national and international healthcare norms (NABH, ASHRAE, etc.).

3. Electrical, Power & Medical Gas Systems (MGPS)

- Supervise installation of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, and UPS backup systems with N 1 or N 2 redundancy for critical patient areas.




- Oversee Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS), vacuum plants, and medical air installations.
- Monitor earthing, lightning protection, power quality, and integration with the Building Management System (BMS).

4. Execution, Quality & Site Management

- Supervise daily site execution of plumbing, fire protection, drainage, and mechanical works carried out by contractors and vendors.
- Enforce site safety protocols, fire safety rules, and hospital infection control guidelines during construction/renovation.
- Track daily/weekly progress against master construction schedules and report delays or bottlenecks to the Project Lead.

5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

- Assist in integrated testing, third-party audits, statutory compliance approvals, and cleanroom validations.
- Manage snag identification, closure, and formal handover of MEP systems to the hospital operations and maintenance (O&M;) team.

Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month
