Urgent requirement for Construction companies

- Site Execution & Installation:
- Supervise the installation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical power distribution, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
- Ensure all work strictly follows approved construction drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Multidisciplinary Coordination:
- Coordinate daily site activities with civil contractors, architects, structural engineers, and other trade teams to prevent clashes or delays.
- Resolve spatial and technical site conflicts (often using BIM or coordination drawings) before installation.
- Subcontractor & Vendor Management:
- Guide and monitor MEP subcontractors, technicians, and site supervisors.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to the site.
- Quality Control & Inspections:
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs)



to consultants and clients for completed work milestones.
- Testing & Commissioning (T&C;):
- Assist in pressure testing, electrical load testing, equipment startup, and the final commissioning of MEP systems.
- Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE):
- Enforce site safety rules, permit-to-work systems, and company HSE policies for all MEP personnel.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain daily site progress reports, record-of-work logs, and track material/site variations.
- Support the preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation
