We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator – MEP with 5+ years of exclusive BIM experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing disciplines. The candidate should have strong coordination skills and hands-on expertise in BIM execution and clash management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead BIM coordination activities for MEP disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
- Develop, review, and manage LOD 300–LOD 500 MEP BIM models
- Prepare Estimation for MEP Projects
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and resolve issues with design teams
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free models
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents for accuracy
- Ensure BIM models comply with BEP, project standards, and client requirements
- Manage and update BIM coordination reports and clash reports
- Support project teams during design development and construction stages




- Attend coordination meetings and provide technical inputs to clients and consultants
- Guide and review work of BIM Modelers / Junior Engineers
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs as per project schedule

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage
- Good understanding of MEP systems and construction practices
- Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination and large-scale projects
- Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project workflows
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical
- Experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or commercial projects is an advantage

Hands-on experience in Gulf projects Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
