Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare MEP layouts, sections, elevations and detailed drawings.
- Model discipline-specific building services based on design drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
- Identify and resolve modelling clashes and coordination issues.
- Update BIM models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Follow BIM standards, modelling guidelines and project specifications.
Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MEP BIM modelling in any relevant discipline.
- Understanding of MEP drawings, layouts and building services.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Open to junior and senior-level candidates.
- Candidates must have practical Revit modelling experience.
- Candidates with BIM modelling and design-office experience are preferred.
- This is a BIM modelling role; site execution and operations experience are not required.
