Mentor, Creativity Club The Mentor position offers motivated and energetic individuals an opportunity to be an integral part of the Creativity Club Program. The program provides exposure to diverse domains such as environment, science, math, art, sports, and coding. The Mentor will play a key role in on-ground implementation by closely working with youth volunteers and school teachers to establish, facilitate, and sustain Creativity Clubs in schools and communities within the assigned geography.

The role involves regular field visits, coordination, and handholding support to ensure effective execution of activities and active participation from stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the on-ground implementation of Creativity Club activities across 25 schools and 25 communities, ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and execution of sessions and events.
- Build strong relationships with school teachers, youth volunteers, and community members, and provide continuous handholding support through regular field visits and facilitation of activities.
- Train and mentor youth volunteers and teachers to effectively plan and conduct activities across domains such as environment, science, math, art, sports, and coding.
- Track progress and quality of activities, maintain accurate documentation, and share daily updates along with weekly/monthly reports as per program requirements.
- Support the organisation of workshops, melas, and camps, while proactively identifying and addressing on-ground challenges in coordination with the program team.

- Having a basic understanding of technical and digital skills, you can use different applications portals, dashboards, etc., for planning daily work, filling data online, and other reporting purposes.
- Basic understanding of data to plan strategies for furthering community engagement and mobilisation in respective areas through the use of dashboards.
- Basic understanding of conducting and leading training as a facilitator.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and activities at a given time.

Essential and Desirable criteria

- Minimum educational qualification graduate
- Prior work experience is not required. We welcome applications from young, dynamic freshers as well as experienced candidates.
- Preference shall be accorded to candidates with smartphones.
