Job highlights

- . Bachelors degree or equivalent in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in security and loss prevention roles,or 9+ years of experience in security service / loss prevention / asset protection / investigations/law enforcement
- Conduct end-to-end investigations into customer complaints and identify the root cause of losses.
- Implement and follow up on loss prevention plans in MDR Concessions.
- Perform audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide on-ground intelligence to uncover abuse MOs and recommend loss prevention initiatives.
- Analyze loss trends and implement process improvements to reduce losses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall security posture.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of security operations, auditing, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
