Job Title: Medical transcriptionist

Qualification: Any UG Degree (Medical Billing, Medical transcription)

Experience: Min 1 years experience

:

- Listen to audio recordings dictated by doctors and healthcare professionals and accurately convert them into written medical reports.
- Transcribe medical histories, clinical notes, discharge summaries, consultation reports, and other medical documents.
- Ensure accuracy in medical terminology, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
- Review and proofread transcribed documents to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy policies.
- Use medical transcription software and electronic health record (EHR) systems as required.
- Identify unclear audio or unfamiliar medical terms and verify them appropriately.
- Complete transcription tasks within the specified deadlines.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized medical records.
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals to clarify discrepancies when necessary.
